BOCS Foundation
The BOCS Foundation has been providing global education (development and human rights education, environmental and peace education, etc.) in formal, informal and non-formal ways in the Hungarian speaking areas, in India, Europe and Africa since 1975 (registered in 1994). BOCS is the Hungarian member group of IFOR (ifor.org), ECEN (ecen.org) and EuroNGOs (eurongos.org) international networks. The president of BOCS is Gyula Simonyi who is a member of the Balaton Group (balatongroup.org) since 1995. During decades of international development, green, peace, social, human rights work and interdisciplinary learning BOCS is focusing more and more on the ecological approach and the human right of family planning, becuse these are the key factors in the solution of humanity’s historical crisis and this is the missing knowledge in the politics, the civil society, the economics and the overspecialized science, the public opinion and the media.
